Thank you for choosing Party Fleurs. Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before proceeding with any booking. By paying a deposit, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Payments
​
1.1 A non-refundable deposit of $100.00 (or more for large/custom events) is required to secure your booking.
1.2 Deposits must be made by credit card. If payment is not received promptly, Party Fleurs reserves the right to cancel the booking.
1.3 All deposits are strictly non-refundable.
1.4 The balance must be paid via credit card or bank transfer no later than two (2) business days before the event.
1.5 If prior approval is given for cash payment, it must be paid at time of set-up or to the hostess on arrival. The event will not begin until full payment is received. Delays in payment may result in reduced party time.
1.6 Final guest numbers must be confirmed by the Wednesday prior to the event. Once confirmed, no reductions or refunds will be made for absent guests.
1.7 Failure to make final payment may result in your credit card being charged for the outstanding amount.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
​
2.1 Cancellations are accepted, however, deposits are non-refundable due to costs already incurred.
2.2 Bookings can be rescheduled with at least 14 days’ notice, subject to availability.

3. Location & Travel
​
3.1 Full payment is required prior to the event for non-residential venues.
3.2 A travel fee may apply depending on the event location within the Sydney Metropolitan area. Changes to the address may alter this fee.
3.3 Accessible parking must be available at or near the event site for equipment unloading.
3.4 Any parking expenses must be covered by the customer.
3.5 Travel time may affect arrival; you will be notified of any delays caused by traffic or road conditions.

4. Package Setup
​
4.1 Additional unplanned guests may extend the party duration and incur extra charges.
4.2 Outdoor or non-residential venues must be pre-approved by management.
4.3 Hosts/hostesses will arrive early to allow for party setup.
4.4 The number of staff will be recommended by Party Fleurs and on determined by party size, age and package. Party hostesses are not included in the package and are add-ons to be confirmed by the requestor and will be required at an extra cost.

5. Safety & Dietary Requirements
​
5.1 Party Fleurs is not liable for food-related reactions.
5.2 Please inform us of any allergies, intolerances, or dietary needs in advance. Ingredient lists are available upon request.
5.3 Parents or guardians are responsible for ensuring children with dietary needs avoid unsuitable items and bring alternatives if necessary.
5.4 Adult supervision is required for the entire duration of the event.

6. Liability & Termination
​
6.1 Customers are responsible for any damages caused to equipment or property during the event and will be required to cover damage costs.
6.2 Party Fleurs reserves the right to terminate services immediately if these Terms and Conditions are breached.
